Karate Chop!

Sketching yesterday - inspired by my Benjamin who is CONSTANTLY running around the house "POW"ing, "PKEW"ing, "PSHEW"ing and spewing other sounds I cannot phonetically spell, on top of karate kicking, cartwheeling, chopping, jumping...And yes, we just watched Karate Kid last week :)! So this is for you, by very active, sweet, sweet boy.

So I'm playing around with looser line work, trying gouach, and inspired to use crayon (from the art session I helped lead at Camp St. Joan last week... fun, fun!) Let's see where this takes me.
